I've tried all of the over the counter stuff you can try and never had any success with them. I tried Xantrex, Slim Fast program, Alli and several others with no success. Phentermine did work when I used it before but like I said in another post, I didn't change my habits and I gained when I quit taking it. I am determined to succeed this time with the help of Phentermine.
