Default Yoga & Pilates

Yoga & Pilates are anaerobic exercises that improve your flexibility and help your mind and body relax and push it's limits. Yoga & Pilates are a different kind of exercise that improves your body's movement and muscles you often don't use. What is your experience with this work out?

I found that doing pilates after a workout will help prevent future injuries and improve flexibility. I finish with a run and do pilates sets, if I didn't do these I would be way less flexible and could not open my stride while running as well.

I do a Yoga class at the gym and it kicks my butt. I walk out of the gym limping. Why? Because this is an exercise system that is 90% mental, how far can you push yourself no matter what shape you are in.
