New Diet - Journal

What do you think of this diet? It is intended to keep heart healthy and in shape

Breakfast-Bagel and cereal, 1 glass juice and much water
Snack-1 piece fruit
Lunch-2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and another glass of water
Snack2-small dessert item
Dinner-general dinner meat and potato type food with 1 serving vegetable
Late night-Water and light tea

Hi your diet looks healthy mate, it is also smart to have that second snack as small dessert, you don't want your diet to kill you it should feel good but challenging

Here's an update. The diet went okay, not amazing. To be honest I slacked off a little bit but I would recommend this diet for you to try.
